Pressure canning dial gauge testing is available by appointment at the Miller County Cooperative Extension Service, 1007 Jefferson Ave. Only certain pressure cookers can be tested. CLUB MEETINGS

The Downtime Veteran Support Group meets the 1st and 3rd Tuesdays of each month at the Texarkana, Arkansas VFW from 5 p.m. to 6 p.m.
